What brand/flavors of soda does Carnival have? Also, how much is a soda card for adults on an 8 day cruise? Thanks!:D

Coke products. We always bring on rootbeer and orange soda.

The soda sticker is $6 pp/pd + 15% gratuity. Kid's are slightly less.

Coca Cola products are on Carnival ships. So if you are a Pepsi person, bring some of your own. I am not sure about the soda card as I have never purchased one. But someone here will be able answer that question.

coke ,diet coke , mr pibb (no Dr Pepper:() sprite , several different juice's

may be missing some , Last time I believe card was about 40.00 for a 7

day cruise , Wait to buy card ,until the ship leaves the dock No tax

The unlimited soda program, called Bottomless Bubbles, is $55.20 for an adult on an 8 day cruise...

Carnival has Coke products. the Coke cards can be purchased on the 1st and 2nd day of your cruise for $50.82, I purchased mine on the 1st day of my cruise on the Dream back in September, you can purchase them out by the pool and the towel cabana, hope this information help's you.

I got the soda card on the Victory last fall. I like soda but I think it was a waste of money. I could have brought on enough for the week but the biggest downfall was they just had 12 pks sitting behind the bar. So when you get one they open a hot one and pour it over ice so then it went flat and got watered down pretty quick. Not to mention that they wouldn't even give you the whole can even though you had an unlimited card. Someone please correct me if another ship has them stored cold.

One nice thing about the soda card vs buying as you go, is there is no paperwork with the soda card sticker, you just wave it at them and you get your "free" drink, you don't have to wait around for them to swipe it and sign a receipt, etc.

The sodas on the Spirit last August were: Coca-Cola, Diet Coke, Coca-Cola Zero, Sprite, Diet Sprite, Orange Soda, and Pibb Xtra.

Same experience for me. Flat & watered down instantly. I haven't understood this. Soda must be stored cold, but Carnival doesn't. I just carry my own soda on now, plus a cooler. Plus, I'm a Pepsi/Mt Dew drinker, not Coke.

How much soda can you bring with you? If you buy some more in port, will they let you bring it aboard? I read that liquor is held until you disembark. My last cruise was in 2006, and they didn't have "soda stickers" back then, that I remember.

Okay. I didn't mean to get a nitpicking debate started. It's obvious that I meant that soda should be stored cold prior to drinking it, not stored cold always. Storing at room temperature is fine unless you're about to drink it. Otherwise, the ice needed to cool the drink waters it down instantly, plus most of the carbonation goes away immediately. This is what Carnival has failed to realize.

You can carry on 12 per person, bottles or cans. Each one can be no larger than 20 ounces. It can be together in a pack or loose (and various flavors, if you wish). They must be carried on; not in checked luggage. In 2006, it probably wasn't a soda sticker. On my 2005 cruise, it was still a separate soda card. Individual soda cans bought on board are around $2.30 each including tip, if you're thinking of combining carry-ons with an occasional purchase. If you'll buy 3 or less per day per person, don't buy the soda sticker. The soda sticker price is without tip, so it's actually $6.90/day.

I sailed out of Galvestin in 2010 and there was no Dr Pepper on the ship then, maybe they were out. I am a Dr Pep aholic. Gotta have at least 1 per day, Pibb Xtra just isn't the same. I will be carrying my own onto the ship.

Is the card $6 per day or $6 per day plus 15% gratuity? One person mentioned gratuity was added on.

 

Can you get tonic water on the card? What, if any, juices are available on the card?

 

We've ordered liquor through Bon Voyage & am trying to decide if we want to carry-on mixers or just purchase the card. While the card is obviously more expensive, there is something to be said for convenience!

What is the "Bottomless Bubbles" Unlimited Soda Program ?

 

Carnival Cruise Lines will offer all guests the option to purchase a “Bottomless Bubbles” unlimited soda program which will allow the guest unlimited soft drinks and juices for the duration of the cruise at a one-time purchase price.

 

Prices are as follows – a 15% gratuity will be added.

 

Child Rate Per Day $4.50 (17 years of age and younger)

Adult Rate Per Day $6.00 (18 years of age and older)

 

Upon purchasing the “Bottomless Bubbles” unlimited soda program, a sticker will be placed on the guest’s Sail & Sign card. “Bottomless Bubbles” can be purchased at the ship’s Casino Bar and Pool Bar.

 

In all areas where beverage service is offered, guests may show the “Bottomless Bubbles” sticker and receive a glass of the carbonated soft drink of their choice. Juices may also be requested. One 16 ounce glass will be served at a time and only to the guest whose name appears on the Sail & Sign card with the “Bottomless Bubbles” sticker attached.

 

The “Bottomless Bubbles” unlimited soda program is non-transferable and may not be shared. Guests or family members who would like to enjoy soft drinks through this program must purchase their own sticker.

 

One beverage serving, per sticker, will be served at a time.

 

Soft drink is served by the glass (16 ounces); juice is served by the glass (10 ounces).

 

The program cannot be used through room service or the Interactive TV system, where applicable, or the minibar, where applicable.

 

Note: The following beverages are available in the Lido Deck Restaurant, 24/7 and are complimentary: Coffee; Hot Tea; Hot Chocolate; Lemonade; Ice Tea.

I just packed 12 plastic bottles of diet pepsi for my upcoming cruise on sunday out of Tampa, in my carry on. However i just noticed they are 24 oz instead of the 20oz. Does anyone know if Port of Tampa is tossing those out, or letting them go thru?
