cruise terminal in NO

Just a question about the cruise terminal in NO. Is it large and require a lot of walking from curbside to the check in? Just wondering about it for my dad. Thanks in advance. Sailing on voyager of the seas 12/24/11.

It has quite a bit of walking inside the terminal, if he has any kind of issues with walking I'd suggest getting a wheelchair or something for him if possible.

It is not really any bigger than other ports, but I can only compare recently to Ft. Lauderdale & Boston.

there will be a Cruise Rep. directing people... Just tell her/him you need a wheelchair, and she/he will call for one. Just notify the pursers office and you will receive the same service at debarkation~~!!~~

Thanks to all for the info on terminal at NO. Travel agent has already arranged a wheelchair for inside the terminal. Thanks again.

They also have elevators as well. :)
