Wine Immersive Cruise?

Has anyone been aboard the wine immersive cruises on the Celebrity Constellation? We're interested in seeing Paris and the WWII beaches and wondered if this would be a way to get a taste? Anyone been there/done that?

If that's your focus, I wouldn't recommend a cruise. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days in Normandy, it's stunning. And Paris just cannot be seen from a shore excursion. If you do have your heart set on a cruise though, this wouldn't be a bad one. With the last stop being L'Havre, you could possibly disembark there instead of Southampton and spend a few days in Paris.
