Link to submit FCC

Thank you. I was able to find that, but you cannot actually submit anything. It is simply the page - like a photo. I was hoping there was a viable link out there as I know some have submitted via the internet. How the link reads "CSM/requestforms..." leads me to believe this is for Carnival customer service to use. I dunno. Their website always has glitches.

That is the only way to submit the FCC.

You can also print the form before submitting it.

The 1st listing is the link for form ...

this is the only link for submitting.

I had a hard time trying to aplly FCC also. I called my Carnival PVP and he tried to walk me through it, but it still didn't wotk. My PVP from Carnival had to set it up for me. He did tell me that it could take up to a week for the credit to show up as a credit.

You can use the link. Go to the page and before you start, click on "tools" (up in your menu strip) then click on "compatability view settings". Click on "add". Now you should be able to fill out the form and submit it without problems.

I completed it a couple days ago and worked great..Received email back telling me it would take 5-7 days to process. I used the link on the back of the certificate.. but followed this procedure..:)

I've been reading the Carnival forums on their site. Looks like they have been having this issue for months and it still is not fixed.

That thread was started in APRIL2011 and the last post was in JULY2011.

The issue has been fixed for some time.

Call your PVP and have them submit the form for you.

Thanks, but I use a Mac and any browser other than IE. I assume these are IE instructions. I cannot get it to work on Safari, Firefox, Chrome, or Opera. I'll get on my kids' PC and see if I can do it from there. Last time we bought FCC you had to mail it in, so no instructions on the form for me.

No, it has not been fixed. People are still having intermittent issues if you go search the forums on carnival.com.

You are awesome! It worked in IE from their PC after I changed the compatibility view settings. Thank you! We get such spotty mobile service in our home that it is nearly impossible for me to call anyone from home. When I am out and about I forget or have kids being loud in the background. I really appreciate that info.

I couldn't get it to go thru using the link so I called Carnival and it took only a couple minutes for the woman to take my info.... I received confirmation via email within a couple days that it had been applied.....easy-peasy

Much better than having to send it registered mail!
