i have a question....

i've been reading all the posts about the bad experiences with NCL's customer service.

this makes me think "uh-oh". i cancelled my cruise with NCL only to immediately rebook through cruises-n-more because I was offered a lower rate and NCL doesn't match prices. i have yet to receive the $750 refund due me from NCL. that is how much i had paid on my cruise. i was told it would be credited within a "few" days, and it's been a week. should i be concerned yet?

has anyone else ever cancelled directly with the line to rebook through a TA? and if so, how long before you received your deposit back?

for me, Travelocity said it would take 4 to 6 weeks and it actually took over 4 months... sorry for the bad new. If you don't receive it within another week, I would start calling them everyday to find out (but be prepared to have to Hold the line for a LONG TIME).

I've canceled twice and my refund came in 10 to 12 days. That seemed reasonable to me.

I just cancelled a cruise directly with NCL on March 29th. The deposit was applied to my credit card on April 12th. I received a confirmation of my cancellation in the mail today.
