aimnic Posted April 14, 2004 #1 Share Posted April 14, 2004 i've been reading all the posts about the bad experiences with NCL's customer service. this makes me think "uh-oh". i cancelled my cruise with NCL only to immediately rebook through cruises-n-more because I was offered a lower rate and NCL doesn't match prices. i have yet to receive the $750 refund due me from NCL. that is how much i had paid on my cruise. i was told it would be credited within a "few" days, and it's been a week. should i be concerned yet? has anyone else ever cancelled directly with the line to rebook through a TA? and if so, how long before you received your deposit back? thanks! aimee 1st cruise on NCL Majesty 12/11/04-12/18/04. jp2001 Posted April 14, 2004 #2 Share Posted April 14, 2004 for me, Travelocity said it would take 4 to 6 weeks and it actually took over 4 months... sorry for the bad new. If you don't receive it within another week, I would start calling them everyday to find out (but be prepared to have to Hold the line for a LONG TIME).
