Anyone know about Sheraton Cypress Creek?

I am staying two nights PRE cruise at Sheraton Cypress Creek. Family of 5. Anyone have info on what is in the area? We will not have car. Looks like it is on a major city street (busy). Also, what about transportation from airport and/or to port? Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!

Cab fare will be high, about $35-45 each way per cab. Most shuttles and limos will cost about the same. There is a big shopping center next door called Cypress Creek Station that has a muliplex Regal cinema and lots of casual restaurants (not many stores other than Office Depot, luggage, and athletic shoes), but there is nothing else around. Honestly, I don't see the point of staying in that location without a car, as you could stay home and see as much, but there is not anything wrong with it. It was built as an Embassy Suites, so it is that style.
