Carribbean Princess Cabin Secret...

Hi... we're cruising April 8, 2006 - CP, 7 nights, Eastern Caribbean... when we cruised last we heard so much about E 728 on the Grand/Golden... We're looking at a AC or AD minisuite - any similar balconies on the CP? I wrote down *C753* in my notes - but from the deck plans this cabin seems a little difficult to get to... and the balcony doesn't seem bigger. Is it? Has anyone stayed in this cabin before? Any similar cabins on this ship, in case this one isn't available?

Lots of people have asked the same question recently, I just posted a reply on another similar question, you can read it here.....

Here is a picture I saved from another posting of Cabin C 752 on grand Princess which I believe is a BB category. We changed out our BB aft cabin (like C 753) for an AD on the Star, which is like Caribbean princess.

Hi -

We just returned from our first cruise on the CP 5/14-5/21/05. We were in A603. I've read a lot about the balcony size and privacy of aft cabins like C753.

We're sailing again on the CP next 5/20/06. We're currently booked in A603 again, but thinking about going to an aft cabin. Can you feel the ship's motion more in an aft like C753 as opposed to mid-ship?

Thanks for any input.

Had B750 which is an Owner's Suite on the Grand about 2 years ago. The balcony was huge and we enjoyed staying aft. Nice things about the balcony....you can see to the side in addition to the back. Large size accomodated a couple of loungers in addition to a table and chairs. Negatives were that we were exposed to the terrace pool area above and people were constantly looking down onto the balcony. Also, if mobility is a challenge for you there is a longer walk from the elevators to the back of the ship. The cabin was huge but IMHO not as nice as the Owner's suites on the Royal Caribbean ships.
