NOS January 6 day cruise - dining question

Hi all, were going on the NOS for a 6 night cruise in January, on previous 7 night cruises weve had 2 formal nights, is this this case on a 6 night cruise or will it just be the one. Also if anyone knows which nights they will be that would be great, so we know when/when not to book up Portofino & Chops.

6 nighters have 2 formal nights, too! The 1st one is always night 2. The last one should be the next to last evening.
