Bike Tour?

Wondering if anyone has taken the Bike Tour? It mentions 12 miles on mostly flat terrain - just wanted to see if we were talking WV flat or Kansas flat. I can do 12 miles of mostly flat flat - but 12 miles constantly up and down hills might kill me!

I have not taken this tour. But have watched the bikers struggle along the west coast road to Rincon in the heat. Yes there are some ups & downs to this road but its the heat that will get you. The views are very nice but the best of Bonaire is below the surface.:D

Thanks, Kilroy! I am training for a triathlon and wanted to do something that was slightly challenging - but a snorkel tour sounds like a safer bet!
