Not for any particular reason, but after posting with CruiseCritic for 10 or so years, I've seen it over and over. You are not going to "Caymans". You might be going to the Cayman Islands, or Grand Cayman, or even Cayman for short, but unless you are going to visit more than one of the "Caymans" (Grand, Little or Brac) you are going to "Cayman".....not plural.
