DW and I love rolling our own bags off and getting off the ship early to make conncetions, explore the arrival port, or just to avoid sitting on a ship with all its services shut down.

I voted "OTHER" because I love the idea of rolling down my luggage ON CONDITION that self embarkators could have a separate elevator (ramp) and exit door. Otherwise it is impossible to execute until everyone else is gone. My last disembarkation from Celebrity cruise took more than an hour in very tight lines where no place existed to put your foot, not just roll your luggage.
