Carnival showers

Hi everyone- wanted to know if the shower heads are mounted or if it can be hand held....

 

Never paid attention before...but secretly hoping it is hand held-otherwise there is no chance DS will be cleaned!

I can empathize with the OP. Princess does not have these, but in the past we have never been told no when we requested one. I prefer this for me, but it is a necessity for DS.

Thanks for the picture! I thought it was a hand held! But you know how it is when you live before kids and after kids- like the last poster said, these were a perk, but with a LO, it will be a necessity!

 

It's also nice to know that it can be requested?

Just got back from the Magic and it was hand held. It slides up and down and the shower head came off the base and could be used at the bottom of the shower. I didn't have to request it, but Magic is a brand new ship. We were on the 9th floor.

We just got off one of the older ships and it also had the shower with the removable hand held shower as well as adjustable heights. With a 6 yr old with waist length hair we had to make sure we could wash all the sand out and the shower head sure helped.

my dd will be 6 when we cruise and she has long hair so I was very happy to learn the answer to this question.
