Anyone like PEI mussels?

There is a great article in the Charlottetown Guardian today highlighting the mussel industry here and attached is a great little video showing how the cultured mussels are grown......yummy!:)

When my daughter was 6, we were camping at Rustico and foolishly let her eat her fill of mussels. Then she ate a peppermint ice cream cone......... The end result was that she upchucked enough that we had to buy her a new sleeping bag.

We enjoy mussels in Charlottetown every summer. It is one of the highlilghts of our Boston to Montreal to Boston cruises. :)
