Pacific Jewel..some info reqd

I am about to take my first P&O cruise on the Jewel and wondered if anyone who has recently sailed on her could let me know what the cost of internet packages are?

 

And also read somewhere about the thermal suite and saw a price of $199 and now am unsure if that is per couple or per person. Makes a big difference to the budget.
