Upper deck on the Splendor

We are booking soon on the Splendor. How noisy is the Upper deck, we will be booking a balcony and looking at the aft cabins Starboard.

We were in 6271 on the Splendor, but it's a long way from the aft. You'd be above some noisy areas, but have cabins above, so it should be OK.

An aft cabin will have the aft lounge right below it. That lounge is used for comedy shows and karaoke, and those things usually run pretty late, passed midnight. But if you are attending these things or running around until 12:30-1:00, you should be okay. If you plan on going to sleep earlier, I'd strongly recommend you looking at deck 7 instead. Deck 6 rooms usually hear the noise from whatever is going on right below them on deck 5.

We were in cabin 6314 on Splendor and turns out we were right above the slots. Ding-ding-ding constantly drove us crazy!!! I always book deck 7 now on Splendor to have cabins above and below. Have a good trip!!

Thanks for the info...I think we will go one deck up! By no means are we early to bed but I think we would be happier with the Empress deck.

Empress deck is our favorite deck on the Splendor.
