If you are sailing on the Zuiderdam Panama Canal cruises this winter, do not miss ISLAND MAGIC STEEL DRUM group! They will be there for the next four months and their show is fantastic. Hearing "Ave Maria" on the steel drums was unique, awesome, and brought me to tears. The group is very personable and will talk to you if you meet them around the ship and they loved hearing raves about their work. We got the usual evening performance and a special second afternoon performance on a later day on our cruise.

I agree with you. Island Magic performed on our Zuiderdam cruise last Feb/Mar and they truly were *magic*. They did the additional afternoon performance on our sailing also. There was also a Q & A session one morning. Island Magic is a show not to be missed.

We enjoyed Island Magic Steel Drums when we sailed on the Zuiderdam in 2009 -- they have a really great show.

Glad HAL is keeping such a great group of entertainers around.

They are magnificent. On our cruise (11-14 – 11/25) they also did a matinee on one of the last sea days.
