Steakhouse questions

I need advice concerning the best day to book a Steakhouse reservation on a 7-day Pride cruise. Is there a better day than another? What about when the MDR has elegant nights? Is there anything special or different going on at the Steakhouse on those nights? My family really enjoys the menus on Elegant night so I don’t want to plan something when I can simply do the Steakhouse on another night.
