Norwegian Sun - Cabin Recommendations

Hello All,

 

DH and I are looking at booking our first cruise together on the Sun (03/17/12).

 

Any recommendations on either Inside or Oceanview cabins? We are a adventurous, so I have been considering a guaranty.

 

This will be my first cruise and my husband's second(first was on RCCL).:D:D

The cabin was picked by my TA. The price was good. The cabin was fine IMHO. You have to go up and down or flight of stairs to get to the cabin. It's a quiet area. Nobody goes in that hallway unless they have a cabin there.

 

It was easy to get to most parts of the ship.

 

This was my first ncl cruise after 3 on carnival. I was very satisfied.

 

Try the specialty restaurants.

If I am not mistaken, you posted this question also on the NCL board. We have been on the Sun twice -- once in a mini suite and this past June, we had the sideways cabin on the Viking Deck. Loved that cabin. We had booked an midship inside guarantee. Have also had an oceanview on the Sky on Deck 6A, the Oslo Deck. The Sky is considered the sister ship to the Sun however there are a few differences in the deck plans.
