How does the Victory handle your time dining? Are you assigned to one of the dining rooms, and can eat anytime fromn 5:45-9:30? Thanks!

one dining room (usually the upper floor of that particular dining room)

Thanks! I just wondered if it was like Princess. On Princess, one dining room is anytime and the other is traditional seating. We want to have dinner with our daughter and her husband (who are also on your time dining) so is the seating open-or are we assigned to one of the dining rooms for dinner? Do we need to let Carnival know that we want to have dinner together with our family? Just wondered how that worked. thanks!

Nope- you just all show up at the same time. Hostess will ask you how many if you want to sit alone or at a bigger table.

Just wondered how that worked.

When you first board the ship, and have settled yourself and your bags,

make your way to your assigned Dining Room.

Chances are the staff will be there waiting for folks like you

who want to make alternative seating arrangements for Your Party.

Do it THEN. Don't wait til dinner time.

Always nice if everyone concerned goes along, show their cards

-and we're all in agreement!

Happens all the time -you won't be the first.

And then you're set for the week! ;)

Since our flight arrives around 3:30 and we'll be getting on the ship, probably around 4:30 (?) -should I contact Carnival now and let them know we want to have dinner together? Do they need both of our booking numbers to get us assigned to the same dining room? Thanks!

yikes.

call your agent NOW and tell them what you want-- and make sure all booking numbers are linked together.

If you are all doing anytime dining-- no need to link- just make sure all bookings say anytime dining

How is the best way to get to the Atlantic dining room for your time dining? Will be coming from the Aft end of the ship. Will the Mid ship El. or the atrum el. be best.

Paul

if you get the aft dining room

always take the aft elevaotrs- they are the only ones to get you there.

if you have the mid ship dining room- walk to the midship elevator which will take you to that dining room
