Marina vista suite questions

We were in a Vista (10001) on the October 21st sailing (Rome to Istanbul) and only noticed motion for a few hours one night -- and everyone else noticed it too! But other than that one night we had very calm seas.

For the record, I am sensitive to motion! My husband should have been a sailor, because for him the rougher it is, the better.

But we were very happy in the Vista!

We were in Vista Suite 12000 on the November 24th Rome to Miami voyage, and LOVED the suite. We had one night of heavy seas (they even had to reschedule some of the evening activities), but did not find the motion in the suite to be of much concern.

The suite was fantastic, the service impeccable, and the food incomparable - a great cruise!

AnnOther,

Wow, you do book ahead!! I'd admire your foresight.

My question: did you find it simple to turn out all the lights in the suite on your first try? We finally figured out how to do it about a week into the cruise ....
