Nassau recommendation needed

Going to be in Nassau in January. Just my 60-ish Mom and myself. Mom doesn't care about the beach, shopping or history. We've done the old straw market and if the new one isn't heads and shoulders above the old one we have no interest in doing that again. Mom doesn't care about sports or waterparks or gambling. She'd love to tour Atlantis to see the rooms, lobby, furnishings, but not the digs or aquarium or water stuff. We did the botanical gardens and zoo last year and don't need to do that again.

Her ideal day would include touring the inside of historical/elaborate homes but I'm doubtful that there is anything like that in Nassau.

I know, she's hard to please. Can you help?
