snorkelling in Fujairah

Can anyone help with how best to get from the port to Snoopy Island. I believe we could take a ships trip there but would only have three hours and the main purpose of the trip seems to be the hotel.

I'd like to do it privately if we can so we can spend more time on the beach.

You can take a taxi, in port it is not alowed to walk, Royal Car. provides a shuttle from the ship to a shop in Fujairah (can not remember the name) from there you can take a taxi to the beach just infront Snoopy Island

We might try the Hilton. We can get a day pass for there and the taxi is reasonable.
