Can we exchange gifts?

We received a gift credit for Photography and Video services. Will they let us exchange it for Spa Credit once on board? Of not, can the purchaser do it?

 

Or is it just an OBC to your account to be used however one wants?

You will find a card in your cabin to present to the photography concession. I doubt you can switch it for spa services. If the purchaser is a private party, they can probably cancel one and do another. But if the purchaser is your travel agent, most likely not.
