Cash needed for various Jamaica locales?

We are planning on a private tour (Courtney Taylor) of the typical Jamaica sites.

I believe that 2 of them - the Falls and Tubing - have a separate fee.

There are going to be 4 of us - I hate carrying around that much cash!

I assume though that they do not take credit cards?

Any advice on carrying around cash?

(We do know that we would pay Courtney in cash.)

When we were there last May some places did take cards. We have not been to Dunn's in several years (and I can't remeber how we paid) but YS Falls and Appleton Estates both took cards. We did use cash in the restaurants/roadside places, tour guide and tips.
