Snorkeling

I love to snorkel but my GF does not. I don't want to miss the chance to snorkel in Belize, but I also want to have time to do other things. Are there any places near the port that you can go snorkeling on you own (and still see something) or do you have to do an excursion by boat. anyone know of any snorkel tours that would have something that a non-snorkeler would enjoy?

Hi,

I think Coral Breeze has an observer option for their Shark Ray Alley snorkeling excursion. So this would allow your GF to come along and not snorkel but enjoy all the sights of Belize. They also stop at Caye Caulker after snorkeling so she may enjoy that as well walking around the beach. Belize is really beautiful but if you don't go out on an excursion you don't really see much.

We went with Coral Breeze a few weeks ago and had a great time. I snorkeled some and watched some. Hope this helps.:)
