Caribbean Princess: Anytime Dining regular reservation?

We had a wonderful Coral Panama Canal cruise over the holidays. We were able to pick our two-some table in Anytime Dining and enjoy dinner every at 7:45 every night with the same service staff. Yes, we were more than happy to provide extra tips because we were so delighted with the dining situation compared to our previous October Sapphire experience. Will we be able to arrange a similar consistent Anytime Dining experience (for 4 this time) on our June Caribbean Princess cruise????? Please say "YES"! And thank you for responding.

Why not just sign up for traditional dining which is what your are doing. That way some different people could use Anytime Fining as it should be. There are dining rooms set aside for that kind of dining. Others would appreciate it.

I understand the Anytime purpose. Without going into negatives about Princess, 7 years ago we had such an unacceptable Princess dining experience that we avoided Princess for 7 years, only returning to Princess for these last 2 cruises. We will never do traditional dining again on Princess. My general policy is to figure out how to ameliorate negatives, thus my current dining question. Thank you, however, for your comments.

We were on the Caribbean Princess November of 2010, and had anytime, because we were with another couple who had always booked anytime. On our second night, we enjoyed the wait staff so much at a particular table, that our friends made a reservation for all of us at that table every remaining night, for the same time. We had always had traditional, and will again, when we are not with our friends.

So IMHO, the answer is yes.

The MD sets reservation policies for their ship, taking into account availability, so it will depend on who you have. Some allow standing at all times, some only off peak, some require you to make a reservation daily...

For example, on a recent cruise, if you wanted a standing reservation in AD it had to be before 6 or after 7:30. If you wanted a specific server but were time flexible you could do that daily.
