Enough time for Deadman's Reef and Lucaya 0800-1800?

We will be in Free port on the Fantasy in March. We are a group of 10 adults and 3 young children. Some of us are interested in snorkeling and I have read that Deadman's reef has good snorkeling. We wouldn't plan to spend the whole day there as not everyone would want to snorkel. Am thinking maybe half the day there and the other half in Lucaya. Does this seem reasonable to do in the time we are in port? What would be a suggested mode of transport for the 13 of us including one infant? How long does it take to get between Deadman's reef area and Freeport? Is the only way to access Deadman's reef through Paradise Cove resort? Thanks for any suggestions.....
