I would definately do the Sting Ray Tour. Although we enjoyed the Turtle Farm, we could have done without the rest of the things that we saw during the Island Tour like Hell, Rum Factory etc. So I would definately do Sting Ray; can't comment on the other ones.

You have to do Sting Ray city. The greatest thing every. My wife and I loved it.

can you take your own camera(water proof of corse) with you and will they take pictures of you or do they try to sell you the ones they take??

We used our own camera for pictures at Sting Ray City. I may not remember, but I don't think they even offered pictures. The guides let you hold the stingrays in several positions (like a blanket, kissing it, holding it in your arms) and allowed pictures of all.
