Help me Decide -- Chima or area code 55?

Hi all,

 

We will be in FLL next week and wanted to try a brazilian rodizio since we've never experienced one before. It will be me, dh, ds 6, ds10, ds 1. Texas de Brazil seems too much like a chain, so I've kinda ruled that one out, but to anyone that's tried Chima or Area code 55 which do you prefer and why? Price wise Area Code 55 will come out about $20 cheaper (total), so not much difference there...looking for the best experience and best food!

We haven't been to any of these because DH doesn't eat meat, but I can tell you that Chima is one of the most popular restaurants. I have only heard really good opinions...people love that place! If they take reservations make them ASAP. They love the food and services and say that it is a really nice place. Texas just opened last year and while it is in my neighborhood I haven't heard any comments about it. I've never heard of Area Code 55 because it is in Miami-Dade.

Probably not, but I'm not sure. Call and speak to the host. Some restaurants are busy every night in Fort Lauderdale in January.
