:)Does anyone know where I can obtain or purchase a good quality street map and a HOHO ferry and bus map for Stockholm Sweden?

I like the Borsch Map of Stockholm (plastic coated and shows all major attractions). I purchased mine at Barnes & Noble. You can also purchase this map online at Amazon.

For the HOHO Bus Route, go to the following site:

http://www.stromma.se/en/Sightseeing/Stockholm/Land-tours/Hop-on-Hop-of-bus---Blue/

and

http://www.stromma.se/en/Sightseeing/Stockholm/Land-tours/Hop-on-Hop-of-bus---Yellow/

scroll down to: “download the tour map” and print it out.

For the HOHO Boat Route, go to the following site:

http://www.avidcruiser.com/stockholm/2011/04/06/stockholm-sightseeing-hop-on-hop-off-boat-tours/

Hope this helps.

Our Colorado friend has provided some great links. Here are some added options to use and consider. And, these are totally free, just the cost to print out and a little time to size up and figure out which specific areas and types of maps you desire.

THANKS! Enjoy! Terry in Ohio

From Google.com, here are two different map examples/samples for what you can get and print out. Just go to the basic site and then click on the map option. First is their regular street/highlights map for the main part of Stockholm. Second is a satellite view from the air showing actual buildings, parks, streets, etc., from the air, etc. You can also go to http://www.bing.com/maps for various options including 3-D aerial views that can be fascinating in order to be preparing in visiting various cities and ports in Europe. Below is an example for one of their Bing regular maps. Bing can offer in many key cities a Bird’s Eye view that allows doing a circling around on key buildings and location from four different directions. Very interesting and graphic tool that has been helpful in planning for many Europe travels!!:

Here is another map where you can see the different ports where your ship may dock and also the main attractions. The HO/HO boat and the ferry and other useful transport means for a cruise passenger are also marked.

Maybe not a map to print and take with you, but useful when you are making plans for your day in Stockholm.
