Leaving in 3 days, Bungee Cord for Balcony Door On Caribbean Princess?

Leaving in 3 days for the Caribbean Princess. Do I need a bungee cord for the balcony door to keep it open? Also any recent past cruisers can I make reservations for Sterling, Sabatini's by calling or do you still have to make them in person on the first day? Any last minute advise welcomed. Thanks.

someone must know the answer to this, i know i saw postings about the bungee cords just can't find it, went all the way back got halfway thru. Any help?

If the balcony door opens out, like the Carnival and HAL ships, then you will need one. If the doors slide, you will not. Something tells me that the CB has sliding doors.

balcony has sliding doors on CB also, you can make dinner reservations in the alternate restaurants on the phone.

i saw folks waiting in line at the restaurants, but when i called, i was able to make reservations-maybe i got lucky??

Take the bungee cord -- how much space can it take up?
