Chapter 7 or Not?

I just received a United States Bankruptcy Court Notice the was quite ambiguous regarding Windstar Cruises:

"NOTICE OF HEARING TO DISMISS OR CONVERT CASE"

United States trustee has filed a motion to dismiss or alternatively convert debtor(s) chapter 11 case to a case under chapter 7. A Hearing...blah blah blah..."

HELP? Anyone know the back story? The front story? Is it a Dismissal (Windstar is now solvent) or a Chapter 7 (liquidation)? :eek:

On April 1 2011 Ambassadors filed for Chapter 11. Xanterra Parks & Resorts completed the purchase of Windstar Cruises on May 25, 2011. They are not in Chpt. 7 Bankruptcy.

Hopefully, it is final notice of Ambassadors liquidating and handing over to Xanterra...? Maybe????
