I've been trying for about 5 hours to book a flight on Choice Air, but it looks like the site is down. I'm posting this to let others know.

No problem with it at all. May have been a temporary glitch but it's up and running now.

Everything seems fine now. When I couldn't get on for such a long time, I first called Celebrity, and they confirmed Choice Air was down. Then I called Choice Air, and they said that the page would be up shortly. And indeed, it was. And indeed, I made my reservation. AND INDEED I'M READY FOR MY CRUISE. YAY! Thanks for all the help.
