Idea for family of three with a 6yr old.

Hello all!

We're looking for shore excursions for myself, my hubby and 6yr old son.

I'd love to do something that includes light hiking, snorkeling or something like that.

I'd really like to steer away from Carnival sponsored shore excursions but if need be we can use Carnival.

Oh and we'll be on the Liberty 26May sailing.

Any suggestions?
