Where is the best place to go to watch the cruise ships departure? We are going in a day early and hoping to catch the Magic leaving this weekend

Thanks

front of Olympia grill and Willie g's or fishermans wharf restaurants or top tremont hotel at outdoor bar

and at east beach at end of Seawall blvd

another unique thought.

Take tour of ELISA tall ship schooner and watch departures from it.

Truly the historic maritime vs new tourist cruise ship.

Thanks y'all

First do port watch and then drive to east beach and watch ship clear enter ship channel and clear jetties into the gulf of Mexico. Fun to do !:D

Thanks again yall! Looks like we are going to meet at Harbor House (2 of us are staying there)

NOW the problem is WHERE to eat? LOL

We do not want anything fancy....a burger maybe? and a place where we can linger maybe a bit as we are meeting with a few CC members who we do not know yet

Olympia at Pier 21 is a Greek restaurant and wonderful - at Harbor House.

For hamburgers - The Spot on Seawall at 31st overlooking the Gulf can't be beat.

The Spot is where I had suggested to the couples we are meeting :-)

Have always had good luck there but was just checking as another cruiser had said they did not care for it so was trying to see what else I could come up with

BTW thanks
