Photos taken by Carnival - What is the cost?

Can anyone tell me what Carnival charges for the photos they take throughout your cruise? Are there package deals and are they cheaper if you wait til the last night??

 

I didn't purchase any on my previous cruise and don't know if I will on this one or not...just wanting an estimate...:rolleyes:

The ones they take when you embark and at the ports are like 12.99, the ones they take in the dining room are like 19.99 and the larger prints that they take in front of backgrounds are like 29.99.

I paid about $22. Wouldn't have bought it except it came out good, and the dress is now back in storage!!

I paid $10.99 for a 5x7 of us at dinner on elegant night and 11.99 for one of us posing with a towel animal in St. Maarten. Thought it was pretty reasonable.

I noticed that on our cruise in May 2011 on the Elation, they discounted the photos the last night because my daughter had looked at some and decided not to buy. But when she found them 35% off the last night she was glad she waited. Don't know if they do this on all cruises.

If you wait until the last night to purchase pictures, are all of your pictures from the entire cruise available? Is there a way to look at your pictures each day, and have them grouped together until the last night. I would like to purchase some pictures, but I would prefer to pick the 3 or 4 favorites from the whole cruise, rather than needing to purchase each day that they come out. Thanks!

On the cruises I've been on the photos have been grouped together by the date/place taken such as embarkation, formal night in dining room, ports of call, etc. If you look at them and decide you DON'T want them there is a place to deposit them. But my daughter found all of her the last night I beleive but they will be in different spots all around that deck which I think was the same one that had the liquor store on it on the Elation.
