18 & 15 yr old grandsons; what ship for W Med cruise to book?

Taking our 18 and 15 yr old grandsons on a cruise. They live in Germany so are thinking Western Med cruise out of Rome. Any tips on what cruise line to choose? What happens to the 18yr old for teen club etc; he is very immature and wants the social connection. We are not cruisers so need lots of help!

Choose the cruise for the itinerary. My DS is now 18 and was not allowed in the teen club last month - eve though there were only about 4 teens. Some folks say if their 18 year old had their high school I'd, they were allowed to participate. I would not worry too much about the teen club since Med cruises are so port intensive.m You might consider an RCL ship since they have climbing walls, wave riders, etc. But it really is about the itinerary.
