Any charge just to walk around and view the place?

 

You can check out the casino, shop in the high end shops and visit the marina village (which is outside the Atlantis property, not part of the grounds)

That's it. you can no longer wander the lobbies, check out the aquaium viewing area or even peek at the grounds from the veranda without a pass of some sort. No beach, pools, lagoons, gardens, sealife exhibits, walkways or pathways for non-guests or pass holders.

 

Security will "escort" you from the entrance to the Casino when you enter and security is at every exit checking for wristbands.

 

Not much to view if you are not gambling. (no kids in the casino).
