C&A Question....

ST-UK

Recommended Posts

Super sorry if already asked , but couldn't find it.

I have been on 3 RCL cruises so far and another booked, and only just signed up for C&A.

My last cruise was over new year which I book direct on RCL website.

This is showing up but not added yet to my C&A status, (I know it can take upto 48 hours ). However the prevous 2 were one in 1991 and other 1998. Can these be added to my status points? ( I have dates etc ).

Thanks in advance.

Si

How do I receive credit for a past Royal Caribbean cruise holiday?

If you have points missing from previous cruises please contact the Crown & Anchor Society by one of the methods below and have the following information about your previous cruise(s) to hand: ship name(s) and sail date(s).

You can call Crown & Anchor Society on 0844 493 5010 or 1800 932 356 in ROI. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.00pm and Saturday 9.00 am to 4.00 pm. The loyalty desk is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. You can also e-mail the Crown & Anchor Society at crownanchor.uk@rccl.com

Emails are responded to with 48 hours. Written enquiries can be sent to Crown & Anchor Society, Building Two, Aviator Park, Station Road, Addlestone, KT15 2PG.

There is now a Live Chat option available also on the RCCL UK website, you will find a link to this on the FAQ page

Well quite impressed at the quick reply, This is how it goes:

Thank you for your question. Fortunately this is possible but would require

some proof before we can add these points on. Ideally we are looking for

Sea Pass cards, photos with the ships and sail dates listed, or any other

documentation you may have that lists both the ship and sail date. Please

be sure to include a copy of this e-mail for reference.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your

patience and understanding.

Gonna take some finding :( Will be worth it tho.:)

Glad you got a quick reply from them and I hope you are able to find some proof....perhaps old credit card statements or maybe you kept the final bill or something like that which would help you with the info you need.

Good luck :D

Curious as to how you got to Platinum, unless your days at sea amounted to 30 days or more.

How did they calculate this?

Were you given old credits and they multiplied up?

Would be great to know as it would help me if they were.

Thanks.

I had my 1990 "Song of America" cruise added. I did have all the info, including ID's etc. (It was a honeymoon, so everything was kept in an album)
