Suite or Balcony?

For those of you who have cruised with a 1 year old, would you choose a suite for $1,100 more than what you're paying for a balcony? It just seems like so much more room for DD to be in. She's not walking yet, but I'm sure she would love crawling everywhere. We'll be on the Carnival Splendor and currently have a spa balcony. There are still spa suites available for our cruise. What would you do?

ITA with cb at sea, $1100 is a lot for some crawling space! Plus if she's a year old she will likely be walking soon.

I would put the $1100 into a savings account and buy some cotton gloves and hand sanitizer for the trip ;).
