I don't think they have drink specials other than the drinks included in the price for the Fiesta.

You do not need reservations.

We have eaten there many times and have really enjoyed ourselves. The people watching is superb there as well.

The Fiesta is held one or two nights. It would be good to have reservations, as it sometimes sells out. For the Fiesta, there is a limited menu, served family style.

Other times, Rita's was not very busy. Crusingators' post only shows one side of the menu. If you go to his photogallery, he has a complete menu on the second page of his Allure post.

I ate there one evening when my dw wasn't up to dinner. The fish taco was fifferent from the menu shown; it was in a lime sauce and was delicious. There were only two other tables with people around 6:30 that evening. I enjoyed it very much. The small plate ($3) with dies of rice and refried beans (included) and, of course, chips and salsa were enough for me.
