Holiday Inn POM vs. Courtyard Downton

Sailing in April 12' and flying down a day early. Initially picked the Holiday Inn for location across from Bayside Market. Booked at $159.00 Reviews are mixed on the net. Just found the Courtyard Downtown for $119.00 on LMT. Reviews mixed for it as well. Is it worth the $40.00 difference for the HI?

I believe the Courtyard is newer and close to the Mary Brickell area with several local dining options that will likely be superior to the chains you'll find at Bayside. Good luck! :)

Go with the Courtyard and save some money. If you are interested in Bayside Marketplace it is walkable from the Courtyard. I stayed in the Courtyard last year and it is a little nicer than the Holiday Inn POM IMHO.

I have stayed at the HI POM and IMOP would not pay more than 75$ to stay there again. We stayed at the Intercontinental( chopin plaza ) two years ago for 110$ and it was so much nicer.
