Ticket Problems

Hi,

Has anyone ever had got to the day of the cruise and their documentation still hasn't arrived. I have a situation where I think there is a good chance mine will not arrive before my cruise and i will be going to the pier without any tickets. Will I get on the ship??

There shouldn't be any problem. I picked up tickets at the pier once and it was smooth.

It's always best to be very prepared in a situation like this.

I'd add that you should yourself, or you TA, be in touch with NCL on this issue so that they have a note in your record that you are going to the pier having NOT recieved documents.

Also, be very sure that you have all of your ID with you as well as the credit card with which you paid the cruise fare.
