latapi Posted February 8, 2012 #1 Share Posted February 8, 2012 Due to stateroom changes, our reservation of a 5 night Caribbean cruise has become a mess. We ended up with two independent reservations that were booked by RC and not us. One of them has been paid completely, but the other one is still missing a couple hundred dollars. It was RC that "paid", because the funds were transferred from the original reservation. Were they supposed to input a promo code in order for us to get C&A onboard credit? Or is it added automatically to the accounts? We do have our C&A numbers registered. Thanks!

If you booked your reservation on board another cruise, then you should have a C&A on board credit. This assumes that when the changes were made to your reservation, the original reservation was modified and not cancelled. If the original reservation was cancelled, and now you have 2 new booking numbers, then you could lose the C&A on board credit.
