How would you rate Best Western BWI shuttle?

Does anyone have any feelings, good or bad, about the shuttle at the Best Western BWI Airport on Dorsey Road in Elkridge, MD?

 

I am mostly interested in how often they run (do they run all day? intervals?).

 

Do you have to make time reservations before you leave for the ship and for after you get back? Or can you possible call them for a pick up?

 

How professional and friendly was the driver?

 

How crowded was the shuttle before and after the cruise?

They run all day but not at set intervals (it seems to change a lot). So I would call the airport before your flight to let them know. Other than that it's not that bad. Drivers are usually nice and professional. But I haven't had to stay there for a few months, so I would just call and check now to make sure they haven't changed the schedule or anything.
