I am interested in this RCI's excursion.

Caribbean Sea Safari, Beach Snorkeling & Fun by Power Cat - STL5

Can anyone tell me about their experience? Was it crowded? Approximately, how many people were on the catamaran? Was the crew friendly?

Thank you in advance. :)

I've booked my boyfriend and I onto this tour for our upcoming Allure cruise in April - so can give you a review after we get back! But would love to hear any recent reviews from people who have already done it :)

Aussie girl - you are on the April 1 cruise right(have seen you on the roll call)? We are booked on this excursion as well. See you on board.

Hi, We took this tour back in April and had a great time on it. It was my husband, and 3 sons ages 15, 11 and 11(yes twins!!). We were picked up in St. Thomas right near our cruise ship and was escorted on board. We were the second pick up so there were already people on board. We were then taken to the snorkeling spot which had many other boats already anchored there. We were given our snorkel gear and instructions. We saw many turtles, a sting ray, a school of squid and lots of colored fish. Before we know it, the boat horn blew and we had to get back on board. The rum punch was flowing freely and it was quite yummy!!! They had non-alcoholic drinks for the kids. We then went to the the Island were they backed the boat up as close to shore as possible and walked in waist high water to the beach. The kids swam and snorkeled more there while my hubby and I sat and relaxed. There is a small snack stand on shore but order early as the food is cooked to order and takes some time to get. We were at the beach for about an hour. We then dropped off the first group of people before we were taken back to where we got on. We had a good time and enjoyed it. The crew was young and entertaining as well as helpful. We just wish we had more time for the snorkeling.
