Platinum Question

Ok I'm trying to figure out my account. I have done 9 Carnival cruises.

I am going on my Tenth carnival cruise in march. This is nothing that shows I will be platinum. Is this how it is, or is there a spot that shows I'm platinum.

Going on your tenth cruise should be your 1st platinum trip. Unless rules have recently changed. It is possible that all of your trips are not showing up which happened to me. Contact your PVP or travel agent and make sure that your other 9 are showing. Happy sailing!

There is nothing in your acct that will show Platinum. When you view your docs for your 10th they will say VIP on them and your luggage tags will show VIP as well. As the previous poster said, make sure all 9 cruises are showing in your history.

When you print out your docs and luggage tags it should say VIP on them. If not, make sure all of your prior cruises show in your cruise history. If you don't have nine now then call Carnival.

My 10th cruise is booked for September, so I do not have any experience with this. However, last year I cruised with my Aunt and it was her platinum cruise. We didn't even know it until she printed her Boarding Pass! It said "VIP" at the top of the page. That's how we figured out it was her 10th cruise, lol!

That may not help at all, but maybe it will a little.

they will probably ask you for proof that you did the sailing.

 

Happened to us they were missing two. Send some info and they gave us credit for one which made us platinum.
