Freezers in Fridge on the Magic?

do the tiny fridges have that small freezer "tray" at the top? I need to freeze the inserts on my water bottles so my cocktails stay cold ;)

No they don't and they are not really refrigerators so much as they are coolers so things are not icy cold.

 

Best to get an extra ice bucket from your cabin steward.

I have not yet sailed on the magic but have sailed on many other ships and none of them had freezers in the refrigerators.

Just to let you know, if you would like the fridge to stay colder, I would recommend leaving the cabinet door open where the fridge is housed. That way the hot air doesn't get trapped thus making the fridge warmer. There is a vent on top, but it still helps to keep the door open.

It was a tip on read on here. I haven't been able to try it out yet, but I am looking forward to on my cruise on the Liberty coming up. I hope it really does leave the fridge colder like other people have said.
