Nynashamn/Stockholm Train Spår/Platforms

The train schedule for Nynashamn/Stockholm at http://www.resplus.se is very informative, but I've not been able to locate which Spår/Platforms we need to be on. I realize there is probably only one Spår/Platforms in Nynashamn, but at Stockholm Central, it appears there are 18 Spår/Platforms. Can anyone share information on which Spår/Platforms to be at. Also, is it only the return to Nynashamn, where we need to be in a front car as I understand the rear cars are switched out. Thanks!

As you know, the tracks change all the time, so look for signs , and most importantly, make sure the train you get on is going to Nynäshamn. The train track number should be well displayed.
